I HATE THE NEW OUTLOOK. I WANT THE OLD ONE BACK NOW!!!

    Why do you insist on making it harder for me to read my email? Just because its a new look you did not make it better. It sucks.

    Great! If it's not broke, upgrade it until it is and all your loyal users over the decades go away! Seems to be the motto! Everything is reeeaaaalllly sllloooowww and that studip splash screen that is blocking my emails and saying "click on the 1st one" freezes. No wonder one of my close hotmail friends bailed. I am thinking I should consolidate under Gmail and leave as well. MS developers, anything else you would like to break?

    I agree! I can't read mail , check mail view emails, view who sent emails, view attachments. basically retards , you'll messed up so bad the only thing i can do is login. . .

    You would think that you would take notice of all of the errors. In categories 'Delete' is spelled "Deltete" , which isn't even a word.

    What is with the '??' in the middle of a new email? I know that I need to type to create an email.

    The blocking is wasted time. Doesn't work. This program is sooooo bad!! You need to fix it.

    I used to brag to everyone how great my 'Hotmail' account was compared to Yahoo. There is not bragging anymore.

    I can't even read anything on Outlook mail home page.

    The weight of the fonts are so light, it is almost impossible to anything without straining eyes. Please change at least the WEIGHT OF THE FONT. It is getting unworkable.

    never change a running system!!!! the new look is great shit - nothing works! you can't sign out, you can't save or open your notes, you can't work. rarely a product so annoyed

    I can't even read my email titles as they are in Dutch I think anyway I don't understand as well this is taking forever to write as it is so slow.

    After less then one day I have almost given up on using this "improved" outlook, its worse in so many ways its a joke.

    The whole screen is white with no dividers so its just a blurry mess of everything, the email sizes have increased to be so large where I used to be able to glance at my inbox and see everything rather simply, now i have like 10 MASSIVE emails and tiny weeny scroll bar that lags when you scroll.

    They pretty much took something that simply worked and made it un-useable.

    you used to be able to put your cursor on a email and options would come up... you'd see the email address, given option before clicking it open to delete it...so when in my inbox i have one that says APPLE RECEIPT and the email is a yahoo account cause OUTLOOK can't decipher junk i can delete it and block it before i click it open... I WANT THE OLD ONE BACK NOW!!!

    I could not agree more! Also the new Outlook is slow responsive, unresponsive and very sluggish. I hate it. I have had my hotmail account for over 10 years and I am thinking of switching to Gmail. This is absurd!

    MY oldest inbox emails are not there after the change. I had saved some from my son who passed away as well as from some of his friends, pictures also. That is just where I have been leaving them and it is a great loss.

    What have you done! If you want to upgrade do it well. I can't any more read all my oldest emails so Outlook become unusefull.

    O I hate what you have done to Outlook. Just like Yahoo now. I have no control over what it looks like, how to find things, it is AWFUL!!!! Why change what works? Why not give members a chance to stay with what works for them? I cannot track emails any more. Bet you say, there is a learning curve... None of the other changes yuo have made affected my mailbox. Now there is no separation between new mail and those I have flagged. Runs together. Incoming mail I havve to hunt to reply or forward. No upper toolbar with easy access. You made this so freaking hard to use email. Dammit! I stayed with Hotmail because they didn't do stupied things. Guess I was wrong.

    I also lost all my contacts from yeaaaaaaaaars. Whats the point to show something new if doesn't work well?????

    the new outlook is HORRIBLE I've got the feeling nothing works it's absolutely not smooth !! and I lost all my email because of false manipulation due to the slow reaction of the box !!!!!

    I agree! The old one was much more functional and clear. It looks a bit chaotic now.
    The old system was easy. Changing something does not always mean making it better. I liked the old one very much...
