Agreed, most annoying (apart from being slower than the old outlook and searches not working properly) is that when you scroll down your emails using the scroll bar they all dissapear so you can't see where you're scrolling to!

We agree with the majority! This new outlook mail just is not functional! It's too big and gaudy (sp). Only a couple emails fit on one page!!! We want the old back again!!!
You know the old saying if something works - LEAVE IT ALONE!!!! So, come on people - Put it back and leave it alone!!!!

The new outlook system suck!!! Took me over an hour to try to attach some photos. Never could figure it out!!! You had a nice easy system before and you couldn't be happy with that! Lets make it so hard so no one can figure it out.

I can't search in my emails anymore it just comes up with a blank space, I can't back out of an email it just stays on the same page, wouldn't let me view a document online and is if often lagging.

the new outlook is not user friendly. You have to make more clicks to save a draft, file an email, replying to email is confusing ... it is horrible!! No need to go on

Whenever I try to open an email, i will always get that annoying [select an item to read, click here to read the first msg] pop-up box. its super annoying because it basically DOES NOTHING, I CANT EVEN CLICK TO AGREE with the option! My browser would FREEZE COMPLETELY for 10seconds before hotmail decides to open up the email I selected.
What is more stupid is another hotmail account that I haven't log on for MONTHS still have the previous version, but when I logged onto my MAIN ACCOUNT everything is back to the same!!! JUST GIVE US THE OPTION TO SWITCH! when I go to settings all I see is [LIGHT VERSION NOT AVAILABLE] excuse me?????? I was using the exactly same browser when I switched to my side account????
OVERALL STUPID UPDATE, if this doesn't get fix soon im leaving hotmail. I submitted a similar complaint but I got a ruthless reply telling me to SUCK IT UP because OUTLOOK MAIL is free. SURE ITS FREAKING FREE BUT THERE ARE OTHER TONS OF FREE EMAIL DOMAINS OUT THERE

Creating a group list is almost impossible now and it will only display the email address, not the name of the person in the group. What good is that?????????
Every time they "upgrade" it seems like we go back 10 years and lose every thing that made computing easy. What are they thinking???????? -

This new format is terrible. The type is too light and their aren't any clear divisions of columns. It is way to hard to read for my eyes. It's a pain to move emails into folders, it takes way too much time. Why don't you ask your users what they would like to see before you disrupt our world? This seriously sucks, can't you come up with a way for us to choose to go back to the old layout?

This is for new devekopment really guess what newly develop the old Outlook back into existence. You didn't ask me if I want to change and now I got this new Outlook that I instantly HATE!!!!!
