Provide Outlook REST API quota management
We are hitting rate limits with the Outlook REST API and there is no way to see what they are, no way to request an increase, and this appears to be the only support channel available.

Batching doesn't solve the problem... I've seen it posted in multiple locations that the limit actually applies to the oeprations, not the HTTP requests.

If you're specifically talking about hitting limits on the Outlook REST API. You might want to check out the batching feature.
It allows you to send 20 requests with 1 http request. That might give you some breathing room. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office365/api/batch-outlook-rest-requests
And there is another feature request to remove the batch limit on the new graph API. https://officespdev.uservoice.com/forums/224641-feature-requests-and-feedback/suggestions/19505020-raise-or-remove-the-limit-on-number-of-requests-al

Yeah, there needs to be an ability to request an increase for your API, or Microsoft graph will always forever stay in the realm of hobby projects - leaving behind any potential market of commercialization

The ability to increase the rate limit even if it costed money would be great
