Allow Outook add-in to access messages in public folders
Currently Outlook add-in will not work on messages in public folders. Many people are still using public folders, so this would be a useful thing to have

The bottom line is that there is no good way to deal with contacts that are shared.
Public folders work with phones, outlook online, and outlook - but cannot use Microsoft Graph. This would make the most sense - but Microsoft Graph is needed.
Shared Mailboxes work with Microsoft Graph, but they cannot be seen in a client's Outlook Online account or on a phone. They can be seen in Outlook, but the user will need to be a delegate. You can open them by opening another mailbox, but that is beyond the scope of a user's typical knowledge.
Sharepoint would work, but it is not accessible in a phone's contacts and frankly, Sharepoint contacts isn't really designed to work for Corporate Contacts since the "Title" column is required. Sharepoint is probably the worst solution.
My vote is for Microsoft Graph to include Public Folders.
We need to be able to access any items in the store especially Public Folders or sub folders of any folder.
