Add bookmark Support in Word API 1.4

• Looks like bookmark support is being introduced in Word API 1.4
• This is currently available in Insider Preview builds and beta version of Office.js.

Please let us know when will this be available in production

    Also I am interested in this topic because it is very important feature to our customer.
    At least, Can you tell us an estimated date to release this functionality?
