Make the E5 Developer Subscription Available To Existing Developers
Microsoft have decided to make the E5 Developer Subscription available to only new developer subscriptions. Can this be made available to existing developers?
This needs to be expedited, With all the new features announced at Ignite my employers are chomping at the bit to roll these out, without a test environment available to me because i signed up before a certain date is a kick in the teeth and not suitable for loyal customers who have been paying so much for MSDN\VS for a long time

Please expedite this feature. It's regrettable that people who took advantage of the existing offer will be the last ones to get the additional benefits, especially since I already went through quite an ordeal with support trying to get the former EM+S and 365 E3 benefits on the same tenant.

Can they do it through support?
UPDATE: no they can't.

Hi the good news is we do have this in our backlog. We are working on a solution for all existing users who got E3 tenants before we rolled this out. Unfortunately it is taking us longer than we had hoped. We hope to have a way for you to migrate from your E3 tenant to your E5 tenant in Q1 of 2020.

I didn't receive this benefit on my Enterprise subscription through MPN.
