Support "add-in commands" on all platforms and in 2013

Support add-in commands on phone, tablet, web, desktop, Mac, and in 2013 (not just 2016).

Right now, "Add-in commands currently work only in Outlook in Office 2016 Preview on Windows desktop": https://msdn.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/office/mt267546.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

For our product, the new add-in platform is a no-go without add-in commands.

The new add-in architecture has the possibility to bring Office into the 21st century. Please don't cripple it by supporting some features in one place and other features in another. It's actually represented as a universal approach to enhancing, extending, and customizing Office. Please make it so.

Would be nice to support state elements other just commands. Button and Menu is great start, but would be great to have PushButton or something which indicate state.

        Hello,

add-in commands work in Outlook 2016 and 2013 today. Addins also appear in compose under "add-ins" button and in read in the horizontal grey bar in OWA and OWA on a mobile phone. We're currently working on adding add-in command support to other platforms, however.
